Qualifications

• Experience delivering large or complex D365 CE projects.
• Deep functional knowledge across D365 CE modules, particularly Customer Service.
• Proven ability to lead workshops and drive solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end functional delivery of D365 CE projects.
• Facilitate complex discovery activities and design workshops.
• Oversee creation of functional design documentation.

Skills

Demonstrable experience working with Dynamics 365 CE

Significant hands-on configuration experience in D365 CE

Strong leadership, coaching, and mentoring capabilities

Excellent communication skills

Experience working within Agile delivery

Education

Relevant Microsoft certifications (e.g., MB-230)
