Job summary

A well-established and successful company in Margate is searching for an experienced Buyer to ensure efficient material supply for production. You will negotiate with suppliers, manage purchase orders, and maintain data in SAP and MRP systems. Ideal candidates will have at least 2 years of experience in a procurement role, excellent communication skills, and a qualification in Supply Chain or Business. Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience in a buying or procurement role, ideally in manufacturing or production.
• Knowledge of SAP and MRP systems.
• Ability to negotiate pricing and terms with suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Raising and managing purchase orders and call-off orders.
• Negotiating pricing and terms with suppliers to achieve best value.
• Dealing with production shortages and running shortage meetings.
