We are looking for a coach to help drive a programme across park sites in Stoke on Trent & Newcastle under Lyme, as part of a significant LTA investment in the facilities. The project involves opening tennis up to all areas of the community, including disability-specific delivery, in-school lessons, and building and maintaining strong relationships with schools and other groups to inform the local community of available tennis opportunities. There is potential for percentage-based pay to increase earnings for coaches successful in growing participation.
We Do Tennis C.I.C is a not-for-profit coaching operator that aims to grow the game of tennis in the UK. We support coaches, clubs, and local authorities in helping players on their tennis journey, from playgrounds to performance. We have significant support in place, including full-time employed staff focusing on all areas of tennis including Parks, and a full-time administration team to help support all areas of our business.
