• 4-6 years’ experience leading fast-paced Nightshifts / last-mile operations.
• Strong understanding of processing SLAs and routing cut-offs.
• Experience managing 30–100+ staff via supervisors.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all UTR activity during the night with accountability.
• Lead supervisors and teams during night hours.
• Ensure smooth transition from Day to Night Shift.
