Gas Engineer – Permanent | London & Surrounding Areas

Salary: Up to £55K

We’re recruiting Gas Engineers on behalf of a well-established property management organisation operating across London and the surrounding areas.

You’ll be responsible for ensuring residential and commercial properties are gas safe, compliant, and fully operational, carrying out inspections, servicing, repairs, and certification in line with current legislation.

Key responsibilities

• Complete Gas Safety Certificates (CP12 / CP4 / CP42)
• Service, maintain, and repair gas appliances and systems
• Ensure compliance with Gas Safety (Installation & Use) Regulations
• Diagnose faults and respond to gas emergencies when required

Requirements

• Full UK driving licence
