Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Project Manager or Site Manager within residential or high-end construction.
• Strong commercial awareness with ability to manage budgets and control costs.
• SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage construction projects from start to finish.
• Ensure projects are delivered to programme and budget.
• Maintain strict quality control and high-end finish standards.
• Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams.
• Liaise directly with clients, architects, and consultants.
