A leading construction apprenticeship agency is seeking an Apprentice Site Manager to oversee operations across East/North East London. The role involves ensuring safety, tracking project progress, and collaborating with various teams. Candidates should possess GCSE English and Maths at grade 3/D or above and demonstrate a commitment to site management. The apprenticeship lasts 18 to 36 months, with funding for qualifications provided by the agency. Applicants must be 18+, have the right to work in the UK, and hold a UK Driving Licence.
TheThames Water Shared Apprenticeship Scheme are looking for an Apprentice SiteManager. The role will mainly be based on project's in East / North East London and surrounding areas.
Site managers oversee operations on a day-to-day basis, ensure that work is completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the right quality standards. Their duties will be shared across the site and the project office, often updating the management team of site progress, risks, and issues. Duties typically include:
Typical Working Week
40 hours p/w with start time typically between 07:00 & 08:00 inclusive of 8 hours at college.
Person Specification
Qualifications required/desirable
English and Maths at GCSE Grade 3 / D or above, or Functional Skills at Level 1 or above.
Desired Requirements
The passion and commitment to work in site management. It will be advantageous if you already have previous related work experience on a construction site or have completed relevant qualifications.
Key Training/College Information
K10 will enrol you to the L4 Construction Site Supervision course and fund your qualifications through an accredited training provider.
The apprenticeship duration is between 18 - 36 months depending on qualification level and experience.
