About the Project

This role ispart ofDigis’ internal sales &lead generation department. The team works with LinkedIn and email outreach togenerate qualified leads forIT outsourcing and staff augmentation services. The processes are mature, well-documented, and currently scaling. You will work closely with the Head ofSales and Lead Generation team, directly influencing the company’s sales pipeline.

Requirements
  • 1+year ofexperience inLead Generation/ Outreach (outsourcing/outstaffing companies)
  • Hands-on experience with LinkedIn and email outreach
  • Ability towrite manual, personalized outreach messages
  • Familiarity with ChatGPT/ Grammarly aswriting assistants
  • Clear understanding ofthe staff augmentation model
  • Strong analytical thinking and attention todetail
