As part of the UK Retail Managementteam, you need to effectively manage the day to day running of the storeand people management of the Retail Sales Team.
The Retail Store Manager needs to be organised and motivated individuals with a passion for sales.
Youwill be accountable for the end to end in-store Customer experience.You will work with the Retail Management Team to ensure the fulloperations works seamlessly.
You will lead a team of ambassadors forFitshop UK Limited. Ensuring you have the right team structure, you willensure the team are sufficiently trained in order to provide afirst-class Customer experience.
Liaisingwith colleagues in other departments to ensure first class customerservice, including the Customer Care and Sales team. Collaborating withthe Warehousing & Logistics team to speedily and proactively resolveissues. Closely working with the e-Commerce and Marketing team toincrease footfall and sales and to support our social media strategy.
Above all else, you will need to be a great communicator who puts our customers at the centre of everything we do.
