Cleaning Supervisor

Cleaning Supervisor at a commercial property in Norwich – Permanent position. Hourly Rate: £13.75. Availability: Either 10 or 15 hours per week (5 PM to 8 PM or 6 PM to 8 PM).

Day‑to‑day Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate activities of cleaning staff.
• Ensure all cleaning tasks meet quality standards.
• Assist with training new cleaning staff.
• Manage supplies and ensure equipment is maintained and used correctly.
• Conduct regular inspections and implement corrective measures as necessary.
• Provide reports on employee performance and cleaning standards.
