Qualifications

• Up to 2 years' PQE in a similar role, either in private practice or in-house.
• Experience with regulations affecting financial services and investment management.
• Familiarity with UCITS and AIFMD.

Responsibilities

• Support the business from a legal perspective in the UK.
• Advise on the formation and distribution of various fund structures.
• Draft and negotiate various agreements and fund documentation.
