• Previous experience of Property maintenance within a similar environment or qualified in a trade.
• Knowledge of safe working methods, including COSHH and Manual Handling.
• Excellent customer care skills and ability to report outstanding actions.

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned and reactive maintenance within the property.
• Ensure statutory compliance is maintained at all times.
• Liaise with a range of internal and external contacts including suppliers.
