A modern social media agency based in Shrewsbury is seeking a Paid Social Manager to lead performance thinking across the agency. We’re looking for a Paid Social Manager who doesn’t just manage accounts, but leads performance thinking across the agency.
You’ll be responsible for the strategic direction, performance and creative effectiveness of our paid social output, working closely with the Directors, creative team and wider client teams to ensure what we put into the market actually drives growth.
This is a hands-on leadership role. You’ll still be in-platform, but your real value comes from:
You’ll act as a senior voice in the room, advising on creative angles, copy, testing frameworks and funnel strategy.
We operate a 3 days in / 2 days remote model. Collaboration matters to us, but so does balance.
This is a role where your ideas will actually shape the agency. You’ll have direct access to leadership and genuine influence over how we evolve our paid offering.
