This role will involve both practical hands on gardening and direct liaison with our clients in the overall care and long-term management of their gardens. You will be responsible for helping to supervise other members of our friendly team, ensuring the work is managed and carried out to our client’s expectations. Ideally you will have the flair and enthusiasm to assist with the development of new areas.
You must have excellent plant knowledge and a wide range of traditional gardening skills across all disciplines, together with a relevant horticultural qualification or other appropriate experience.
This role will include all general garden care, such as pruning, weeding, planting, hedge-cutting, mulching, mowing etc. You should be willing to learn and take instruction, and be able to work unsupervised when required if appropriate. Excellent prospects for the right person. Some experience and a relevant horticultural qualification are required, although on-the-job training will be given.
