Qualifications

• Proven import/export administration experience, ideally within a fast-moving environment.
• Experience using Sage for purchase/sales ledger and stock control.
• Good knowledge of shipping documentation and customs procedures.
• Experience in the food industry and familiarity with HACCP principles.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate import and export shipments from booking to delivery.
• Prepare and check shipping documentation, including invoices and packing lists.
• Ensure compliance with customs and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of shipments and costs using Excel and Sage.
• Monitor shipment status and track delays.
