£24,075 per annum plus monthly service charge, typically £2,400 annually

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide a warm, personalised greeting to every guest arriving at the hotel, setting the tone for a memorable stay.
  • Assist guests with any immediate needs or questions upon arrival, offering information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.
  • Ensure every guest feels valued and welcomed, maintaining the highest standards of hospitality.
  • Provide guests with detailed information about the local area, including sightseeing, dining options, and transportation services.
  • Offer to arrange car services, valet cleaning, or other concierge requests to ensure a seamless stay.
  • Help with itinerary planning and provide route recommendations for local attractions.
  • Exceed guests' expectations by anticipating their needs and offering personalised recommendations.
  • Ensure that all special requests and queries are promptly attended to, with a focus on making each guest feel at home.
  • Maintain the arrival area and welcome hut to impeccable standards, ensuring they are clean, polished, and welcoming.
  • Regularly inspect the entrance area, including reflective surfaces, windows and gate ensuring the hotel’s 5‑star standards of cleanliness are met.
  • Collaborate with other hotel teams, including the front desk, concierge, and housekeeping, to ensure a seamless guest experience.
