• Ideally an ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified accountant, but open to QBE.
• Experience in managing teams and clients.

Responsibilities

• Mentor junior staff and oversee their work.
• Prepare and review timely tax returns ensuring compliance.
• Ensure preparation and review of accounts for various entities.

The Role

As the successful Senior Accountant, you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Overseeing a portfolio of clients; Covering Statutory & Management Accounts
• Overseeing a team; Mentoring junior members of staff
• Prepare and review timely tax returns for individuals, corporations and partnerships, ensuring compliance with tax laws and regulations.
• Oversee the preparation and review of client work including the preparation of accounts for Sole Traders, Partnerships and Limited Companies.

The Person

The successful Senior Accountant will meet the following criteria:

• 3 years Practice experience
• Ideally qualified accountant (will look at QBE)
• Previous management experience
• Savvy on systems
