A London based housing organisation is seeking a Procurement Manager to play a key role in delivering strategic, high-value procurement solutions across a diverse range of goods and services. This role sits within a newly structured commercial procurement function, designed to strengthen category management, supply chain engagement, and business partnering across the organisation.
Develop and deliver category and sourcing strategies that align with organisational objectives and optimise value, quality, service, and sustainability.
Lead end-to-end procurement activity for complex, large contracts across both public and private sector environments.
Build and maintain strong market insight by analysing supply trends, risks, and opportunities to inform strategic decision-making.
Manage and negotiate high-value contracts, ensuring robust commercial outcomes and full compliance with public procurement regulations.
Prepare and manage detailed tender and contract documentation, utilising standard forms and templates where appropriate.
Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and deliver tailored procurement solutions.
Collaborate with colleagues across the commercial procurement team to embed category management and business partnering approaches.
Support the ongoing transformation and continuous improvement of procurement services.
Experence within repairs, maintennace and construction.
Significant experience delivering end-to-end procurement activity, with strong knowledge of UK Public Procurement Regulations.
Proven track record of managing complex, high-value procurement exercises using a range of routes to market
Demonstrable experience working across both public and private sectors, ideally within a housing or built environment context.
