As a Neo Sales Rep, you’ll dominate local activations—from major campuses to large retail partners—signing up savvy Canadians for the next generation of credit and savings products.

The Comp Structure

  • Base Pay: $20.00 / hour.

  • On-Target Earnings (OTE): Average earners see $36.00 / hour, while our top performers significantly exceed this through uncapped commissions and performance bonuses.

  • Frequency: Semi-monthly base pay + Instant Commission.
