A leading architecture and design firm is seeking an Architectural Technician/Technologist based in Exeter. The role focuses on delivering architectural design services across various RIBA stages, primarily within the education sector. Ideal candidates will be proficient in Revit and have strong design, technical, and construction skills. The position offers a salary range of £23,000 - £33,000 and includes benefits such as 25 days annual leave, a pension scheme, and hybrid working arrangements.

We are a collaborative practice with a broad range of experience, providing opportunities to contribute meaningfully to project delivery across a wide range of RIBA Stages. South West Norse is also committed to supporting emerging talent, working closely with apprentices and work‑placement students.
Our work is primarily focussed on the education sector—spanning early years, primary and secondary schools, further and higher education, and SEND provision. Alongside this, we deliver a diverse range of projects across other commercial sectors for public and private clients offering a varied, stimulating, and rewarding workload.
An enhanced DBS check will be required for our successful candidate, payment will be met by the employer.
