We offer a comprehensive range of property preservation and repair services to property owners, building professionals, local businesses and local authorities.

Role

We are now looking to employ a Labourer/Technician to become part of our team.

Full Time/Permanent – Monday to Thursday 08:00am to 16:30pm & Friday, 08:00am to 15:30pm.
Hourly Rate: Competitive

Job Description

• Loading / unloading materials
• General Down Takings
• Set up and maintain a clean and safe work area
• Assist joiners & plasterers
• Damp proof treatments – training provided
• Wet & Dry rot treatments – training provided

Knowledge, Experience & Requirements

• Reliable, dependable and proactive approach at all times
• Quick learner
• CSCS Card – Preferred
• Full UK Driving Licence
• Being able to work as part of a team
• Excellent communication skills
• Good eye for detail
• Clean Shaven
• Must be able to meet the demands of the job
