Gray Healthcare are recruiting a Female Support Worker in the Lincoln area of Lincolnshire to support a female with treatment resistant schizophrenia and frontal lobe syndrome.
The person lives independently in their own home and receives 1-2-1 24‑hour support from a female‑only team on day and night shifts.
36‑hour contract: 3 × 12‑hour night shifts from 8 pm to 8 am.
Initial week of online training covering company induction, systems and medication, followed by in‑person training on PROACT‑SCIPR‑UK and person‑centred approaches. Ongoing training continues throughout employment.
