You will be responsible for day‑to‑day query resolution and incident management relating to Alliant, the Royalties system, used for the management of royalty payments and related financial processes. You will be tasked with understanding the needs of our user base and ensuring timely resolution to tickets raised on our IT Service Management (ITSM) System, as well as involvement in changes to the applications and testing where required to suit business needs. You will be involved in the development, enhancement, and maintenance of the Alliant application and play a key part in ensuring that the publishing system operates seamlessly and efficiently. You will be responsible for the execution of the monthly financial processes in Alliant which requires some evening and weekend work.
The role encompasses working as a key member of a team of skilled specialists who are responsible for maintaining existing systems, the implementation of new solutions and providing technical input into strategic projects.
You will liaise with the business stakeholders and contribute to the ongoing projects by providing technical support and excellent customer service.
The role will require flexibility and analytical skills to contribute towards making a truly great service.
You must be able to build and maintain good relationships with those around you and at all levels of the business.
This role requires flexibility to work evenings, and some weekends as needed to support critical financial processing cycles, system releases, and issue resolution.
