Location: 60% in office, Hybrid, Soho London
Contract: Full Time
£55,000 per annum gross + 29 days holiday in addition to bank holidays, Health Cash Plan, Life Assurance, Group Income Protection, 8% Pension contribution from employer, Discounted food and drink from members' club, Access to members' screening.
We are looking for a detail‑oriented Senior Management Accountant (SMA) with a flair for process improvement and systems development to join our Finance team. Reporting to the Financial Controller (FC) this position provides an excellent opportunity for a current Senior Management Accountant or recently qualified Management Accountant looking to step into a pivotal role that makes significant and high‑impact contributions across a range of areas not solely limited to traditional management accounting.
Working closely with the FC and wider Finance team, plus a number of other key stakeholders across the group, this role will support delivery of traditional management reporting, external financial reporting and the annual financial audit, and crucial project work focused on modernising, streamlining and future‑proofing financial systems and processes across the BAFTA group.
This role provides the opportunity to bring your questioning mind‑set, technical accounting abilities, project management and problem‑solving skills together in a high‑impact role that will help shape the future financial control environment of the BAFTA group.
