Job summary

A leading building surveying practice in the United Kingdom is looking for a qualified Building Surveyor to handle traditional insurance reinstatement project management, including fires and floods. Responsibilities include project management, contract administration, building surveys, and preparing tender documents. The ideal candidate will be MCIOB or MRICS qualified and have a strong background in insurance claims or loss adjusting. Qualifications

• Manage and administer contracts and building surveys.
• Prepare tender and contract documents, scheme designs and specifications.
