The role

As Group FP&A Manager, you’ll play a meaningful role in shaping the organisation’s financial story. You’ll bring thoughtful insight, collaborative problem‑solving and a strategic perspective to budgeting, forecasting, reporting and performance analysis. Your work will help ensure the business has clear, accurate and timely information to support confident decision‑making.

A key part of this role is building strong, trusting relationships with colleagues across the organisation—including Corporate Function Directors, Finance Directors and wider Finance teams. You’ll work closely with them throughout the FP&A cycle, offering supportive guidance, clear communication and well‑rounded analysis. You will also contribute insightful reporting for senior stakeholders, including the Group Executive Committee and Corporate Function leadership, helping translate complex data into practical, actionable recommendations that support both operational and strategic goals.

You will
  • Lead and coordinate strategic financial planning activities, including budgeting and forecasting, ensuring assumptions are thoughtful, well‑tested and aligned with the organisation’s priorities.
  • Deliver clear, meaningful performance reporting—identifying trends, risks and opportunities—and create tools and models that make data easier to understand and use.
  • Act as a trusted business partner to Corporate Functions and Finance teams, offering constructive challenge, supportive guidance and financial clarity to help shape successful outcomes.
  • Help foster a positive, high‑performing team culture by coaching junior team members, sharing knowledge generously and encouraging continuous improvement in processes and stakeholder engagement.
You have
  • At least 5 years’ post‑qualification experience in FP&A or strategic finance roles, with a proactive, curious mindset and a desire to keep learning.
  • Strong planning, analytical, modelling and reporting skills, with the ability to turn complex data into clear insights that help others make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills, with a collaborative style that helps bring people together around shared goals.
  • Strong organisational and project‑management skills, with the ability to prioritise thoughtfully and manage multiple responsibilities with care and attention.
