A leading energy company is looking for a Senior Risk & Resilience Manager to lead enterprise risk management within their Renewables business, advising senior leaders on risks while overseeing business continuity measures. The ideal candidate should have significant experience in risk management and resilience within large organisations. Base Location: Flexible UK, however our preference is that you will be based from one of our key UK sites which includes but not limited to Glasgow, Perth, Aberdeen, Reading or Havant.
Salary: Up to £99,100 + performance-related bonus + a range of benefits to support your finances, wellbeing and family.
Working Pattern: Permanent | Full Time | Flexible First options available.
As Senior Risk & Resilience Manager, you’ll play a critical leadership role in helping our Renewables business identify, understand and manage its most significant risks. Acting as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, you’ll shape how risk, emergency response and business continuity are embedded across the organisation, helping to protect our people, assets and ability to deliver vital renewable energy.
This is a high-impact role for an experienced professional who enjoys influencing at senior level and turning complex risk and resilience concepts into practical, value-adding solutions.
