A leading data management firm in Greater London seeks an HR Data Analyst on a 12-month fixed term contract. The role focuses on data reporting, integrity and compliance, as well as analytics to support HR processes and decisions. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, a degree in a related field, and proficiency in HR analytics tools including Excel and Power BI. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to strategic workforce planning while working in a diverse environment.
Reports to: Reward and Data Lead (currently reporting to the Global HR Operations Director on an interim basis)
Status: 12mth Fixed Term Contract
Purpose: The HR Data Analyst will focus on data reporting and analysis, drawing insights from various data sources to support strategic workforce planning. The analyst will ensure robust data integrity and support HR processes within the Foundation. The position is for a duration of 12 months and aims to support the strategic initiative of enhancing HR Service Quality. This will be achieved through the expedited implementation of standardised reporting, the establishment of data governance via systems improvement, and the provision of data input for various ongoing strategic projects throughout the 12-month period.
