Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years in a C&T Coordinator role or equivalent in Crewing/HR.
• Experience in the Subsea Sector of the Oil and Gas Industry.
• Working knowledge of Training and Competence Management Systems.

Responsibilities

• Support C&T department in compliance monitoring.
• Monitor Competency requirements and liaise with candidates.
• Coordinate Offshore personnel Inductions and Familiarisations.
