• Valid LGV C+E Licence is required.
• Up-to-date CPC and Digital Tachograph Card are essential.
• Previous shunting experience is essential.
• Maximum of 6 penalty points is necessary.
• No DD, DR, or IN endorsements.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate HGV Class 1 and shunt vehicles in line with site procedures.
• Complete shunting duties across customer sites.
• Ensure all goods are correctly strapped before movement.
• Operate modern equipment to the highest safety standards.
• Collect backloads where required.

🕒 HGV Class 1 Shunter Driver - Previous Shunting Experience Required

Locations: Barrow upon Soar, East Leake & Gotham

Client: XPO Logistics

Contract Type: Ongoing

🕒 Working Hours

• Monday to Friday
• Morning start times or 2pm starts (site‑dependent)
• Shifts between 8-10 hours

💰 Pay Rates

• £14.79 per hour
• £15.86 per hour after 13 weeks
• Holiday pay accrued on top
