Our successful applicant will be enthusiastic, innovative and have the necessary knowledge and skills for delivering inclusive, high quality learning.****Term Time only****Salary Type:** Bucks Pay**Salary Details:** £12.44 - £12.93 per hour dependant upon experience**Contract Type:** Fixed term contract until August 2026 with the view of extending from September 2026.**Hours:** Part-time; Monday to Friday 08:30-15:30**Closing date:** 27/03/2026**Interviews:** Applications will be reviewed on receipt and interviews will be held on a rolling basis. To help monitor and assess children's learning and support in targets for improvement.• Support Robertswood Teaching Staff team in delivering high-quality learning experiences• Assist with child development activities tailored to individual needs• Help create a safe, welcoming and stimulating learning environment• Work collaboratively with teachers and other staff as part of a dedicated team• Support pupils' social, emotional and educational development• Continue to maintain the high standards of behaviour and engagement throughout the school• The post may also involve supporting an individual pupil with an Education, Health and Care Plan.### About youWe are looking for someone who: • Ideally has experience of working with children and working in a busy environment • Is passionate about children's learning and in every child achieving their full potential • Has strong communication skills • Is caring and has lots of enthusiasm and patience • Is flexible and willing to collaborate as part of a supportive team • Minimum requirement of GCSE English and Maths qualification (Grade 4 or above – or equivalent)Candidates must also be able to converse at ease with members of the public and provide advice in accurate spoken English.### Other informationVisits to the school are warmly welcome.
