Qualifications

• Strong experience building and shipping Android apps in Kotlin (with some Java).
• Experience with networking on Android (HTTP(S), TLS, sockets, proxies, etc).
• Experience integrating or working with native (C++/NDK) libraries.
• Solid knowledge of Android SDK/API design, versioning, and supporting external integrators.
• Familiarity with Google Play policies and how Android API-level changes affect apps.
• Strong debugging skills (crashes, performance, battery) and good testing practices.
• Experience mentoring other engineers or providing technical leadership within a team.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical direction for our Android solutions.
• Design and implement complex features with Kotlin, Java, and C++/NDK.
• Collaborate with product, data, and client teams to deliver robust solutions.
