Qualifications

• Effective communication skills with a customer focused approach.
• Self-motivation with the ability to meet deadlines.
• BS7671 (18th edition) qualifications and a solid understanding of the construction industry.
• Knowledge of the requirements for lighting, emergency lighting, fire alarm and security systems.
• Commercial awareness, including cost control and change management.
• Competent IT skills and familiarity with relevant software systems.

Responsibilities

• Analysing tender drawings, specifications and schedules.
• Liaise with specialist subcontractors ensuring compliance with project requirements.
• Calculate the precise costs for materials, labour, plant and equipment.
• Ensuring bids are compliant, competitive and profitable.
• Collaborate with the project team.
