🚨 Buckinghamshire, Oxfordshire & surrounding areas £40,000 – £50,000 per annum Full-time | Monday–Friday (flexibility required) Are you an experienced Paediatric Nurse ready to take the next step into clinical leadership? First 24, an award-winning care provider, is urgently recruiting a Paediatric Clinical Lead to support our expanding paediatric complex care services in the community. 🔹 The Role

You’ll provide hands‑on clinical leadership, working closely with our Registered Manager and supported by an experienced in‑house Clinical Team. This is a key role where your expertise will directly influence patient safety, staff development, and quality of care.

🚗 Travel across locations and occasional out‑of‑hours support may be required.

🔹 What We’re Looking For

• NMC Registered Nurse
• Minimum 3 years’ paediatric nursing experience
• Strong background in paediatric complex care
• Proven leadership and communication skills
• Excellent knowledge of safeguarding, risk management & patient safety
• Confident in clinical assessments, care planning & medication management
• Full UK driving licence & own vehicle essential
