A nonprofit organization supporting individuals with disabilities is seeking a Support Worker to join their Day Opportunities team in Portsmouth. This role involves fostering personal development through engaging activities, collaborating closely with colleagues, and addressing both personal and healthcare needs. Applicants should have experience in social care, strong relationship-building skills, and a willingness to learn. A driving licence and ability to drive a mini-bus are essential. Monday to Friday | 37.5 hours per week
Mon, Tues, Thurs, Fri: 08:50–16:10 | Wed: 08:50–17:00

Salary: £23,888 per annum
