Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a Purchase Ledger or Accounts Clerk role.
  • Experience handling confidential information.
  • Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Matching, checking, coding and inputting invoices into Sage.
  • Preparing weekly supplier BACS payment runs.
  • Reconciling supplier statements and resolving invoice queries.
  • Processing staff expenses and customer refunds.
