Qualifications

• Strong background as an M&E / Building Services Quantity Surveyor, ideally on major infrastructure projects.
• Proven experience managing complex building services packages.
• Comprehensive knowledge of NEC contracts.
• Ability to manage procurement and subcontractor relationships.

Responsibilities

• Take commercial responsibility for multimillion-pound MEP packages.
• Manage cost reporting, forecasting, procurement, contractual administration, and change control under NEC.
• Work closely with engineering teams and subcontract partners for accurate commercial management.
