• Experience in medical communications account management, gained in agencies, pharmaceutical companies, or healthcare communications.
• Proactive, solution-focused mindset with experience overseeing budgets and financial processes.
• Fluent Japanese and English, able to navigate nuanced client discussions that require clarity, judgment, and cultural awareness.
• Excellent relationship building and stakeholder management skills with strong organization skills.
• Working knowledge of the Japanese pharmaceutical industry and Japanese business culture.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the delivery of medical communications and publications projects, including manuscripts, abstracts, posters, and oral presentations.
• Support business development by aiding proposal development, pitches, capability presentations, client meetings, and conference activities.
• Communicate specialist services confidently and articulate value to clients in Japan.
