Job summary

A leading engineering company in the United Kingdom is seeking an E&I Craftsperson for a fixed-term contract of 18-24 months. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing plant performance while ensuring adherence to safety standards. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in electrical and instrumentation maintenance and possess relevant qualifications. This role provides an opportunity to work within a safety-first culture and contribute to critical maintenance activities at the Low Level Waste Repository site.

Qualifications

• Time served fully qualified craftsperson capable of obtaining Nominated Person (Electrical) status.
• Proven plant maintenance experience in electrical and instrumentation fields.
• Able to work in controlled areas with safety equipment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and support LLWR maintenance activities in a safe timely manner.
• Resolve problems associated with plant breakdowns and throughput.
• Provide support to engineers for plant improvements and modifications.
