A leading construction firm in Cardiff is seeking a Document Controller (Maternity Cover) for a fixed-term contract of six months. The Document Controller (fixed‑term contract) will cover this position for six months, with the possibility of extension. This role is responsible for ensuring that all document management processes are correctly followed, including the intake, handling, and storage of project documentation. The Document Controller will maintain accurate and up‑to‑date records, such as design drawings, reports, registers, subcontractor communications, agendas, meeting minutes, quality inspections, and checklists.
Administration and office tasks are part of the role, among others the creation of templates, email correspondence management, agendas and minutes of meetings elaboration, events organisation and attitude to embrace, create, promote and maintain work procedures.
