I am hiring for Disposals Operator / Warehouse Operative

Location: Flintshire, UK (100% Onsite)

Job Description:

• Carry out disposal, movement, and segregation of materials in line with MOD procedures and safety standards.
• Perform manual handling tasks, including lifting, carrying, and operating material handling equipment (MHE).
• Accurately follow pick/move lists, SOPs, and risk assessments with strong attention to labelling and compliance.
• Support warehouse, logistics, and engineering operations through effective coordination and communication.
• Use basic IT systems for data entry, tracking, and reporting of material movements.
• Ensure PPE usage and elevate decisions to the Material Support Lead when required.
