What You’ll Do

The Director, Integrated Marketing – EMEAI will work to shape, lead and execute the consumer marketing strategy across EMEAI for multiple global Authentic brands. This role will drive demand and consumer engagement, elevate brand identity and ensure cohesive brand storytelling across multiple consumer touchpoints by focusing on content development, integrated marketing management, creative, and marketing strategy.

This role embraces strategic planning and execution, oversees brand building, and drives best‑in‑class support and enablement for our brand licensing partners within the EMEAI region. It will develop relationships with regional licensing partners and deliver Authentic‑owned marketing initiatives that drive awareness of our brands, through product and experiential launches in media, events, merchandise, and endorsements rooted in the annual brand plan. The Director will liaise regularly with internal and external partners to ensure that marketing plans are on budget, goals are being met, and to support sales and brand initiatives.

What You’ll Be Working On
  • Developing and executing integrated, multi‑media marketing projects with an emphasis on digital.
  • Building integrated, omni‑channel marketing programs that generate effective outcomes in media and social media impressions through celebrity/influencer associations.
  • Securing promotional partnerships in the region and introducing Authentic brands to more diverse audiences.
  • Driving consumer awareness of brands to secure and solidify a loyal and growing fan base.
  • Building brand creative strategy, leading marketing campaigns internally and externally with partners and the wider Integrated Marketing team.
  • Leading regional brand campaign performance and growth opportunities that align with Authentic strategic goals.
  • Leading development and execution of local marketing strategies that drive global brand strategy and tie to overall brand goals and financial targets.
  • Overseeing the implementation, and performance of brand marketing initiatives in support of each brand's vision and business goals in the region.
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders on ongoing brand development and providing marketing direction and expertise that contributes to business growth and audience engagement.
  • Leading monthly brand meetings with internal partners and critical licensees and creating joint activation plans with clearly defined deliverables, timelines, and accountabilities.
  • Identifying ongoing research needs by brand; managing research projects, presenting findings to key stakeholders, and making informed recommendations for action.
  • Participating in brand strategy planning; identifying target consumer and retail audience; determining tiering needs; analysing consumer trends and market data, and identifying brand growth opportunities.
  • Facilitating consistent brand messaging across all consumer touchpoints, working closely with the communications team.
  • Leading and facilitating best‑in‑class partner support and management, assuring the delivery of outstanding marketing service and support to licensing partners.
  • Working with Business Development and Brand Management to achieve licensing and business growth goals in the region.
  • Overseeing development and ongoing revision of brand guidelines.
  • Leading brand planning, seasonal storytelling and campaign adaptation for EMEAI markets.
  • Overseeing 360‑degree consumer campaign execution including digital, retail, influencer, experiential and paid media.
  • Translating consumer insights, trends and competitive intelligence into actionable strategies for the team.
  • Working with the VP, Integrated Marketing to manage the EMEAI consumer marketing budget across brands, ensuring efficient spend and impactful insights.
  • Tracking KPIs and providing executive‑level reports on campaign and brand performance in the region.
  • Collaborating with global teams to ensure consistency and align strategies on seasonal trends and activations.
  • Conducting competitor, consumer and seasonal trend analysis.
Must Haves
  • Minimum 8+ years of experience in consumer brand marketing and management.
  • Background in the Fashion, Beauty and Lifestyle sector, working within consumer marketing with broad experience in media, content, endorsements, digital, and integrated marketing plans.
  • Lead digital and influencer campaign structure.
  • Proven track record in creating and executing strategic brand and marketing campaigns and initiatives that resonate across multiple consumer touchpoints.
  • Strong understanding of influencer and social media marketing.
  • Strong analytical and research skills.
  • Excellent verbal communication, written communication, and presentation skills.
  • A confident, action‑oriented mindset.
  • Must have strong computer proficiency with strength in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
