An average day as a Digital & Product Specialist
  • Uploading and managing vehicle listings online across various platforms with accurate descriptions, photos, and specifications
  • Photographing both new and used vehicles for our online marketing platforms
  • Ensuring the branch standards at all times including pricing and positioning of both new and used cars
  • Creating engaging social media content showcasing our new arrivals, promotions, and Volvo brand stories
  • Supporting the sales team by preparing vehicles, including fueling cars and ensuring they are presented to a high standard
  • Delivering exceptional handovers to customers purchasing new or used vehicles, demonstrating key features and ensuring they feel confident with their new Volvo
  • Requesting and managing online customer reviews to help grow our digital reputation
  • Assisting with digital marketing initiatives and dealership events when required
About You
  • Strong digital literacy and confidence with online platforms
  • Possess great communication skills and a customer‑first mindset
  • Organised, proactive, and committed to delivering premium service
  • Have a genuine interest in the automotive industry (experience with Volvo is a bonus!)
  • Hold a full, clean driving licence
