We transform the lives of our staff, clients, and their customers through data and AI!Overview of the teamThe Marketing team supports the end-to-end go-to-market for Kubrick, helping define propositions, identify target customers, creating campaigns and following through to delivery and evaluation. The Marketing team is part of the commercial department, working closely with sales, client and partner teams. This is a new role for Kubrick and has emerged as we refresh our customer value proposition and go to market. Role Purpose As a Senior Marketing Campaign Manager, you’ll design and execute marketing campaigns that elevate our market positioning, increase client engagement, and drive measurable commercial impact aligned to our strategy. The marketing team needs a Senior Campaign Manager with proven of Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (Pardot) experience to take the digital element of campaigns to the next level. You’ll work with clients, sales and product teams to help shape business propositions and partner relationships. You will oversee email marketing, automate nurture programmes, and multi-channel campaigns. With the support of our analytics team, you will be responsible for monitoring campaign performance and provide actionable insights. This role will for someone who thrives in fast-moving, dynamic environments and wants to work along the whole pipeline. Responsibilities •Plan, build, and manage automated email and nurture programmes to support demand generation, client engagement, and retention•Implement multi-touch campaigns that support the full customer journey including email marketing campaigns, landing pages, forms, and lead nurture workflows•Manage segmentation, A/B testing, and personalisation to increase engagement and conversion rates•Track and analyse campaign performance, providing actionable insights to improve engagement and results•Work with our teams to develop and socialise marketing AI agents •Own the end-to-end management of Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (Pardot), including campaign setup, automation rules, lead scoring, and engagement programs•Produce compelling messaging, email templates, and campaign assets•Contribute to the development of a marketing playbook to increase reusability, ensuring that we are compliant, on-brand, and adhere to industry regulations Skills & Experience •Proven expertise in email marketing platforms (Salesforce Marketing Automation, Pardot) •Strong, recent experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud•Proven experience in digital marketing, automation, and lead nurture campaigns•Strong understanding of digital marketing channels •Experience of iterating campaigns based on performance data•Comfortable managing stakeholders and prioritising work•Skilled in creating engaging content and messaging frameworksWhat Kubrick offers:A fast moving and fast growth business which is doing something seriously innovative and valuable.
