Overview

Digital Construction Coordinator - Tier 1 Contractor role at JOHNSON BIM. Great opportunity to step up into a support role with one of the best, digitally committed, tier 1 contractors. We are looking for an experienced BIM Coordinator with the ambition to lead best practice digital project delivery. Working across multiple projects to support the Digital Construction Manager.

Responsibilities

• Design Coordination and Clash Detection (Solibri / Navisworks essential)
• Engage and encourage the supply chain to deliver better BIM
• Model audit (Autodesk tools +)
• Active involvement in, if not chairing, coordination meetings
• Project set-up and relevant documentation preparation/checking

Nice to Have Experience

• COBie delivery
• On-site project BIM project delivery
• Project handover

Salary and Location

Up to £50k + good benefits
