We are looking for a Senior BIM Coordinator with the ambition to lead best practice digital project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead best practice digital project delivery as a Senior BIM Coordinator.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure information interoperability and effective BIM execution.

Qualifications

• Good understanding of the ISO 19650 series of documents.
• Some knowledge and understanding of Solibri.
• Ability to discuss openBIM standards such as IFC and COBie to support information interoperability.
• Understanding and experience of appropriate software tools to view and interrogate models.
• Good level of FM knowledge and strong initiative.

Nice to have experience (but not essential)

• COBie delivery.
• On-site project BIM project delivery.
• Project handover.

Salary and Location

Up to £44k + travel
