Job description

We are Seeking a hands-on DevOps Architect to design and deliver a secure, automated route-to-live platform. You will lead the migration of CI/CD to Harness, define Infrastructure as Code (IaC) for Azure VMware Solution (AVS), and establish enterprise-wide observability and governance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Pipeline Migration: Lead the transition from TFS and IBM UCD to Harness; design reusable templates, environment gating, and rollback strategies.
  • Infrastructure as Code: Define IaC patterns for AVS using PowerShell and modular templates for repeatable provisioning.
  • Automation & Standards: Standardize automation for Windows Server 2022, SQL Server 2022, IIS, and F5 configurations.
  • Observability: Design logging and alerting architecture using Dynatrace and Splunk, codifying SLOs/SLIs.
  • Security & Quality: Integrate SonarQube, Nexus, and Playwright into pipelines to ensure "Security-by-Design."
  • Leadership: Establish platform governance, mentor engineers, and manage stakeholder communication.
Required Skills:
  • Tools: Harness (Expertise required), PowerShell, TFS, IBM UCD.
  • Observability: Dynatrace and Splunk.
  • Governance: Proven experience in CI/CD templating, pipeline security, and team management.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Familiarity with Terraform, Bicep, or ARM templates.
  • Azure Solutions Architect or Azure DevOps Engineer certifications.
  • Enterprise-level networking and security architecture experience.
