A leading technology service provider in Newcastle upon Tyne is currently seeking a Desktop Support Engineer to provide end-user support. The successful candidate will engage in software and hardware installations and configurations, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Ideal candidates will have strong Windows OS proficiency and excellent communication skills. This full-time role demands flexibility with working hours and requires SC Security Clearance.

We are currently looking for a Desktop Support Engineer to support one of our clients based‑on‑site location Newcastle Helix, Draymans Way, Newcastle Upon Tyne.
This is a full‑time position working a 37.5‑hour week Monday – Friday. The ideal candidate will be required to have a flexible approach as overtime and on‑call duties may be required.
Due to the nature of our client's work the successful candidate will need to obtain SC Security Clearance.
