Qualifications

• Proactive approach to learning new things.

• Experience in a Service Desk or ISP environment.
• Knowledge of ITIL ServiceDesk.
• Can work on a night shift rota.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for products and customers.
• Ensure excellent customer care and product performance.
• Handle ticket logging and resolution.
• Work shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM and 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
