We’re looking for a Deputy Store Manager to join our store team in the Lincoln area!
Initially, this will be a designate position to cover the Lincoln area and could cover a number of our stores across Lincoln. Being flexible to travel across this area would be essential for this role.
Reporting to the Store Manager, you’ll play a key role in running the store — driving performance, maintaining high standards, and leading your team by example. This is a hands‑on role where you'll be active on the shop floor, setting the pace and coaching your team to success.
